The reality show we’ve all been waiting on is back! Selling Sunset season 7 is now available to stream on Netflix, and of course, it’s what everyone’s watching and talking about at the moment.
This season, the Oppenheim Group’s real estate agents are working even harder to sell homes before the new “mansion tax” comes into play. But this doesn’t mean there isn’t any drama going on. Chrishell and Nicole and Bre and Chelsea still have their ongoing feuds, friendships are tested, and a new cast member is introduced that one agent isn’t fond of. And that’s just a little bit of what is going on this season. I’m telling you, you don’t want to miss it!

How old are Brett and Jason Oppenheim?
Brett and Jason are identical twin brothers and the co-founders of the Oppenheim Group. Jason also holds the position of President of the company, while Brett runs his own brokerage called Oppenheim Real Estate. They were both born on April 12, 1977, in Palo Alto, California, making them 46 years old and their zodiac sign Aries.
Real estate runs in their blood. The Oppenheim family has been selling real estate in Los Angeles for a very long time. Their great-great-grandfather Jacob Stern founded The Stern Realty Co. in 1889. Then, their dad decided to continue the legacy and create his own real estate brokerage called the Oppenheim Group in the ’80s before Brett and Jason decided to take over the company in 2013.
Jason previously dated two of his Selling Sunset co-stars. He had an on-and-off relationship with Mary Fitzgerald and dated Chrishell Stause for about seven months in 2021. He later dated German model Marie-Lou Nuerk, but they broke up after 10 months of dating. Brett, on the other hand, previously dated Australian model and entrepreneur Tina Louise for eight months.

How old is Chrishell Stause?
Chrishell Stause is a fan-favorite on Selling Sunset. She’s been on the reality show since the first season, and we’ve seen her go through many ups and downs throughout the show. She’s a real estate agent and actress who was born on July 21, 1981, in Draffenville, Kentucky, making her 42 years old and her zodiac sign Cancer.
Before marrying Australian musician Georgia Flipo, better known as G Flip, in May 2023, Chrishell had been in some high-profile relationships. She was previously married to actor Justin Hartley from 2017 to 2021. She later dated Dancing with the Stars dancer Keo Motsepe from December 2020 to February 2021 and then Jason Oppenheim for seven months. We’re happy that she’s finally found the love of her life.

How old is Mary Fitzgerald?
Mary is also an original cast member of the reality series. She was born on July 29, 1980, making her 43 years old and her zodiac sign Leo. She’s currently married to Romain Bonnet, a French Wilhelmina model and project manager at the Oppenheim Group. They’ve been married since 2019 and are trying for a baby. Their relationship made headlines because of their age difference. Mary is 13 years older than Romain, who is currently 30 years old. She also has a son named Austin Babbitt from a previous relationship.

Emma joined the Selling Sunset cast in the show’s fourth season. Not only is she a model and real estate agent, but she is also an entrepreneur and has her own plant-based frozen food company called Emma Leigh & Co. She and Chrishell are also really close friends.
She was born on July 14, 1991, in Boston, Massachusetts, making her 32 years old and her zodiac sign Cancer.

How old is Amanza Smith?
Joining the OG bunch is Amanza Smith. She joined the show in its second season. She’s a real estate agent and interior design specialist. She was born on Dec. 11, 1976, making her 46 years old as of November 2023 and her zodiac sign Sagittarius.
She was previously married to former NFL player Ralph Brown, with whom she shares two kids. She even dated actor Taye Diggs in the past. She’s believed to be currently dating international land developer David LaQua.

How old is Heather Rae El Moussa?
Heather has been a part of the series since the first season, but unfortunately, came back in a reduced role for the seventh season. She was reportedly born on Sept. 16, 1987, in Anaheim, California, making her 36 years old and her zodiac sign Virgo.
She’s a former Playboy Playmate and actress, landing minor roles in the movies The Internship and Love in the Time of Monsters. Additionally, she’s currently married to fellow real estate reality star Tarek El Moussa. They welcomed a son together in January 2023.

How old is Chelsea Lazkani?
Many people would say that Chelsea is the IT girl of Selling Sunset. She’s definitely one of the Oppenheim Group’s top-selling agents. She’s a British-Nigerian realtor who was born on Jan. 26, 1993, making her 30 years old and her zodiac sign Aquarius.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Buckingham and a Master’s degree in Oil and Gas Economics from the University of Dundee in Scotland. In addition, she’s currently married to Jeff Lazkani, a managing partner for Icon Media Group. They’ve been married since 2017 and share two kids together, a son and a daughter.

How old is Nicole Young?
Nicole officially joined the hit reality series in its sixth season, but she has been working for the Oppenheim Group since 2014 and has appeared several times throughout the show.
According to Women’s Health, Nicole is 37 years old, but her exact birthdate is not public knowledge. She was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, but later moved to Texas for college. She studied marketing and public relations at Baylor University before moving to Los Angeles in 2007. In addition, she’s been married to a man named Brandon Young since 2017. While they don’t have any kids together, they do share two dogs.

How old is Bre Tiesi?
Bre Tiesi was the second cast member to join Selling Sunset in its sixth season. She was reportedly born on May 4, 1991, in Calabasas, California, making her 32 years old and her zodiac sign Taurus. She started her career as a model before branching off into real estate. She was also previously married to former NFL player Johnny Manziel for a year. In July 2022, it was reported that she and actor Nick Cannon welcomed a son named Legendary Love Cannon.

How old is Cassandra Dawn?
Cassandra Dawn is a real estate agent who joins the reality show’s cast in its seventh season, but she’s not an employee of the Oppenheim Group. She was reportedly born on Jan. 10, 1990, in Los Angeles, California, making her 33 years old and her zodiac sign Capricorn.
She’s a former PLAYBOY Playmate and is close friends with Heather Rae El Moussa. She’s also fairly new to the real estate world, having sold contemporary art in the past. Like many other Selling Sunset cast members, Cassandra is currently married. Her husband’s name is John, and he does commercial real estate.
