A week on Ohau | Justina Blakeney

Watch from the Waimea Falls Park & Botanical Gardens

I just received again from a trip on Oahu with spouse and children. We put in the 7 days on the beaches on  the North Shore, hiking up wild hills, consuming from meals vehicles, playing online games and decompressing. We even tried out surfing for the first time.  It was a very mellow trip and wonderful to reconnect with mother nature and expend some high-quality time with men and women that I love. Under, some snaps from our walks by the Waimea Falls Park & Botanical Gardens and a very long hike we took.

I am a *very* gradual hiker, and although I hike I love earning repeated stops to choose pictures, and go “foraging” for colours, styles and styles that encourage my structure work. (You can study extra about my ‘foraging’ practice in my ‘Jungalow: Embellish Wild’ e-book 🙂

On this hike, I collected some fallen foliage and items. When I obtained back again to the resort, I established a handful of collages that spotlight the different colors, patterns, styles and textures. The polka-dotted leaves are my preferred! They are spores on the leaves, which are reproductive constructions (variety of like seeds).

Of system, I experienced to #facethefoliage though I was at it…

I hope these shots carry a little bit of pleasure and inspiration to your working day. With appreciate,
