Cameran Eubanks Family Adopts Puppy, Turns 40: Shep Rose Reacts

We have some adorable news to share with you before the year wraps up: Southern Charm alum Cameran Eubanks made room for one more at home this holiday season. She confirmed that her family recently adopted a new dog and she spilled all the details on Instagram.

Cameran Eubanks Adopts a Dog Named Holly

How to Watch

Watch Southern Charm on Bravo Thursdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

“Meet Holly! (We are keeping her shelter name) She is the SWEETEST girl, just a little timid. She is about 1.5 years old based on her teeth. We know that with a little love, Holly is going to be the best dog ever!” she shared on Instagram in December. The photos show the pup bonding with her new human sibling, Cameran’s daughter Palmer. “There are over 3.1 million good boys and girls in shelters nationwide that need homes.”

Of course her longtime BFF, Shep Rose, couldn’t help but react to the sweet update. He commented: “What a sweet girl. She’s about to be spoiled in the best way. Nice work Cam.”

The news of Holly joining Cameran’s family, which includes her husband Jason Wimberly, comes several years after the death of her beloved dog, Elvis

Shep Rose Shares an Update on His Friendship with Cameran Eubanks

“Cameran — we text, we sometimes call each other,” Shep shared with The Daily Dish back on October 3 about how he goes to Cameran for advice and how they have remained close even after her exit from Southern Charm. “I owe her a phone call ’cause I have to ask her a question. She’s my little Yoda sometimes.”

In fact, around that same time, Shep and Cameran were spotted hanging out together and he spilled all about it on Instagram. “Scheduled a lunch today with my old friend [Cameran Wimberly]. It had been a long time. Like pre-Covid we figured,” he wrote in the caption of his post. “And as luck would have it[,] little Palmer had a teacher work day so it was the three of us. It her birthday next Month so we went shopping for a present after lunch. I always liked [Christmas] ornaments as a present [because] it’s a nice reminder of the gift once a year. Sadly, the farting dog stayed on the shelf.”

Cameran Eubanks Turns 40

Weeks before welcoming Holly into her life, Cameran shared a photo with Jason and Palmer and reflected on turning 40: “Listen here young chickens, don’t despair about turning 40. It’s middle age, but only if you’re lucky. With age comes wisdom, and clarity amongst many other positive things. I’m still vain, anxious and impatient. Aren’t we all works in progress? That’s life. Thank you God for letting me see FORTY!”

Here’s to 40 and new puppies!
