Celtics vs. Heat live score, updates, highlights from Game 4 of NBA Playoffs

The Heat are one win away from punching their ticket to the 2023 NBA Finals — and the good news for them is they have four more games to get it.

Miami will look to complete a stunning sweep of Boston in Game 4 on Tuesday night. With a win, they would advance to the finals for the first time since “the bubble” in 2020. Their potential opponents are the Denver Nuggets, who clinched their spot by completing a sweep over the Lakers on Monday.

Just when it looked like things couldn’t get any worse for the Celtics, they somehow did on Sunday. Miami cruised to a dominant 128-102 win to take a commanding 3-0 series lead. If Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Co. are to reach their second consecutive NBA Finals, they’ll have to do something no one has ever done before — come back from a three-game deficit.

Meanwhile, Jimmy Butler continues to ball out and prove why he is one of the most feared playoff performers in the NBA. Despite a postseason-low 16 points last time out, he is still averaging 26 points, 7 rebounds and 6.3 assists in the series against Boston. With his teammates Bam Adebayo and undrafted hero Gabe Vincent also at the top of their game, Miami is clicking at just the right time.

If the Heat do get the win, they would become the first team to reach the Finals as a No. 8 seed since the Knicks in 1999.
