  • 2&#032cups&#032penne pasta &#8211 gluten-cost-free
  • 120&#032g&#032tinned tuna in olive oil
  • 400&#032g&#032tinned corn kernels &#8211 drained
  • 1/2&#032cup&#032chopped parsley
  • 1&#032lemon &#8211 juice and zest
  • 50&#032ml&#032olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Include 1 litre of water to a big saucepan. Insert in the pasta with a good pinch of salt.
