Round Top Antiques Fair Exclusive Shopping Trip

If you’ve been following Centered by Design for a while, you know how much we enjoy exploring Round Top Antiques Fair. Last year, Claire and Meghan shopped the expansive antiques experience covering miles and miles of land surrounding the remote town of Round Top, Texas, and came home with treasures galore. We talked about our best tips for navigating Round Top here, and Claire was even interviewed by Veranda for a story about how to shop it smartly. This year’s Round Top Antiques Fair is coming up in October, and we’ve created an exciting opportunity for you to shop the market with us!

Marrying the intel we gained from Round Top last year with our interior designer eye for hunting unique pieces and bargains, we’re thrilled to announce our first curated shopping trip. Join us for a fabulous long weekend of shopping one of the country’s largest antique shows, with every detail curated for you, from Oct. 20-23, 2023. Here are the details.

What’s the Registration Fee, and What Does It Include?

Your one-time payment of $3,500 includes:

  • 3 nights accommodation and breakfast daily at the Ant Street Inn (an adorable boutique hotel in nearby Brenham, Texas)
  • Morning yoga led by our own Claire (a certified yoga instructor!)
  • Nightly dinners, including one prepared by Chef Nick Middleton of Y Comida at Bader Ranch
  • Welcome reception and goody bag
  • Shopping guide and a list of our favorite vendors
  • Exclusive shopping events and discounts with vendors such as French Antiques Renaissance and Lone Ranger Antiques
  • A cowboy boot pop-up shop with Bootitude
  • Pick up and freight transportation of all of your purchases back to our Chicago warehouse (trust us, you’re going to need this!)

What’s Not Included?

You’ll be responsible for the following items, not included in the registration fee:

  • Flights and transfer to Inn
  • Taxis/transportation between Round Top vendors and for personal leisure and add-on activities
  • Additional meals and alcoholic beverages
  • Travel insurance
  • Daily add-on activities and souvenirs
  • Delivery from our Chicago warehouse to your home

Who Is the Round Top Antiques Fair Shopping Trip For?

This trip is a perfect fit for interior designers, vendors and current or prospective design clients. (If you’re working with us in the future, this is an amazing chance to shop the unparalleled selection of antiques together at Round Top to find the perfect pieces for your home.) Anyone who loves vintage pieces or the thrill of the hunt, or who would like our help in finding specific pieces at Round Top, is also welcome! A photographer will shadow our group throughout the trip to capture shots of the experience.

Who’s Hosting?

Centered By Design Creative Director Meghan Jay will be leading this trip, accompanied by Principal Designer and Owner Claire Staszak. Ahead of the trip, Meghan will be sharing the full itinerary and personally connecting with each attendee to understand what you’re hoping to find at Round Top. Our goal is to make this a truly customized experience for this special group.
