The Girl’s Bunk Room of our Elevated Views Project – Becki Owens Blog

Bunk rooms have become a signature feature in many of our projects and we love to design them. It’s a room that is not only beautiful, but also so convenient when hosting a crowd. We love the way this room came together, so welcome to the highly functional but effortlessly beautiful bunk room of our Elevated Views Project. Lux textiles, a soft color palette, interesting lighting, and plenty of beds all work to make the space a welcoming retreat for visiting guests. Take a look and shop the sources to recreate a similar look in your own home!

The room uses tranquil tones to create a soft palette that feels timeless, effortless, and welcoming. Touches of contrast in the accents scattered throughout the space to add texture and interest. Look for deeper colors in the artwork, throw pillows, and even the woven tray on the dresser.

The room works as a highly flexible guest room where an entire family can stay comfortably in the one space. The king is comfortable for adults  while the four full-size bunks can host a lot of kids. One of our favorite dressers urges guests to unpack and stay awhile and soft furry foot stools create places to perch and chat.
