It’s been a wild 18 months. If you stick to along frequently you’ll know that I have experienced some big changes… anyway, that is not what I’m right here for nowadays simply because I wanted to give you an update on where I’m at with the renovations!
Early this calendar year I finished a reno on a minor residence that I turned in to an Airbnb. I begun the lodging in February this 12 months and in 4 months I hit Superhost status. I’m really happy of that and boy have I learnt a lot. I am aiming to share all of that in a new E-book I’m writing. Indication up to know far more about that in this article.
That Airbnb house is booked out each individual weekend and periodically throughout the week. I do also get personal bookings which occur straight from Instagram. All of that appears to be to be working out properly for now.

I never know if I’ll sell this property I’m residing in, or preserve it. So I preserve asking the universe to help and information me.
I’m not in a rush, so what will be will be.
I have been performing so challenging on myself, my perspective, my mindset and commitment currently. I know that operating challenging, pushing ahead and developing options only will come from stepping out of my comfort zone and not giving a shit about what everyone thinks or says.
The times are not boring, they are entire to the brim. Some fantastic, some lousy.
But I am unquestionably not exactly where I was 12 months ago and I certainly won’t be in the exact spot again in 12 months time. And that’s thrilling (even if I have no plan what/where that will be).
